Greg Wise is the latest celebrity to be banned from this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
The actor is the third star to be elected from the BBC dance show after Katie McGlyn left and Nina Wadia left the week before.
Greg, who is married to his fellow actor Emma Thompson, faced Judi Love from Loose Women in the dreaded Sunday night dance.
After both couples had performed their exercises a second time, all judges except the main judge Shirley Ballas decided to save Judi and her dance partner Graziano Di Prima.

Craig Revel Horwood said, “The judges were given this opportunity to save the better dancer, and for me Judi and Graziano are the better dancers tonight.”
Motsi Mabuse said: “In the dance-off I feel that both couples made mistakes and they were pretty clear, but I feel that one couple has recovered a little better with the situation. So I’ll save Judi and Graziano. “
Anton Du Beke also decided to save Judi and Graziano and said: “I felt like both couples lost their nerve in the dance, which is really not surprising and they both made quite a few mistakes, however a pair remained. ” an element of serenity through dance and that would be Judi and Graziano. “
With three votes for Judi and Graziano, it meant they had won the majority and Greg and Karen would leave the competition anyway, but Head Judi Shirley Ballas said she had decided to save Greg and Karen.
“Well, I’ve counted all the bugs and from what I’ve seen I would have saved Greg and Karen,” Shirley said.
When asked by host Tess Daly about his time on the show, Greg said, “I had a great time, I feel incredibly privileged and thank you all for having me.”
Karen was then asked if she had words for her partner and said, “It was a great time. Thanks for the great lunch, thanks for the quality of the work, and for being a great student. I enjoyed our classroom moments and just having fun with you, I really enjoyed it. ‘
The remaining eleven couples will hit the dance floor next Saturday when Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One.
